Ingredients:
• 120g frozen mixed berries
• 2 tablespoons (12g) BARLEYmax™flakes
• 1 teaspoon honey or other sweetener (optional)
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
• 2.5 dl water

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
