The market of sprouted grains and specialty crops grows rapidly. We are one of the first sprouted superfood producers in North Europe. Our main focus in sprouting is naturally gluten-free crops such as oilseed hemp. This way the benefits of sprouting can be combined with special diets. We also offer specialty malts from customer-selected local raw materials.
