Food and health
Sprouted grain foods provide several health benefits. Bioactivation by sprouting activates seeds which strengthens their positive features. Sprouting improves the biological activity of the fatty acids and the availability of minerals and vitamins. We are proud to be one of the first sprouted superfood producers in North Europe. Our main focus in sprouting is naturally gluten-free oilseed hemp and gluten-free Kebari® -barleys. This way the benefits of sprouting can be combined with special diets.
